Great Insights and Guests
Shaan and Sam are, in fact, a couple of the brightest tools in the shed. Each episode they manage to strike up a great conversation without making it feel too uptight. Man, when you’re listening to their banter, you feel like joining in too. (I propose a Clubhouse session with some of the die-hard listeners)

If you’re new start with an episode with just Sam and Shaan to get the best perspective of the show
Started listening a couple of months into the pandemic and it’s become a favorite of mine for the past 10 months, much needed during covid. These guys are totally different from what’s out there - they’re direct, say what other people are too uncomfortable to say, and consistently put out great info. Love it!

The Best Podcast for hacking and business!
I've been reading the Hustle newsletter for years and now have found the "How I made my first million! I not only listen to each episode but sometimes I listen to some of them more than once. They are filled with tons of actionable steps and the latest in trends, hacks, case studies, etc! I've not only saved a ton of cash in my own business (matcha.com) but I've saved a ton of case using their hacks, knowledge, case, guest information. It's like a cheat sheet for the future!

What A Gift!!
There’s so much in this show it’s really a great educational experience for listeners. Both Sam and Shaan are great together. Different vibes but that work well combined. I frigging love this pod and look forward to each new episode!!

Lights that creative fire!
Sam and Shaan create a low barrier of entry and humble environment that even my partner, who could care less about venture/entrepreneurship content, stop to listen and ask questions about the topics these two discuss.
I’m a serial side hustler with a demanding FT job and the raw curious nature of this show is exactly what I need to keep pushing into the 13th hour.
Why 4 stars? I don’t think it’s THEE one stop shop for all startup junkies. There are a decent amount of assumptions and “stretches” on some topics that more analytical listeners may be turned off on.
That said, I love it and look forward to listening every week!

Both Saan and Sam are extremely insightful and present real, actionable insights every week.
Saan is one of the best storytellers/explainers I’ve come across in the tech/Entrepreneurship space.
Sam has a bold and audacious style coupled with practical, common sense advice.
I met my business partner in Trends. The entire community is dope.

Every show is entertaining, regardless of the topic
I drove up and down the entire length of Thailand on a motorbike, and this show saved me on a daily basis. Thanks for making me think of capitalism while staring at the wonders of nature!

Everything you want in a Business Podcast
Seriously my favorite podcast - maybe ever. The amount of information, thought provocation, wisdom, insight, etc. is absurd. Haven’t missed an episode since I first started listening ~November 2020.

Best podcast I’ve heard in years
I said this on Twitter but this is the best cast I’ve listened to in forever.
The hosts do a great job dissecting niche businesses and breaking it down so even a dummy like me can understand.

A diversity of styles
MFM is so good because it has a diversity of ways to introduce, discuss, and teach actionable business concepts and ideas. Sam & Shaan are on the front lines of the businesses and opportunities that are going to shape how business is done in the future. They educate the listener through interviewing the leaders who are or have shaped these businesses, through their discussions on how they're personally participating, and then just their own back and forth as they're trying to educate themselves on these topics. Really really great job, keep it up!

Best podcasts there is for business ideas
Absolutely love this podcast! I use to listen to a ton of different podcasts when I had a commute but now I only listen to this one. Sam and Shaan are a perfect pair as host for the show. They don’t agree on everything which keeps the discussion interesting. Listen to just one (of the newer episodes) and you’ll be hooked!

Listen, Fools
If you don’t listen to My First Million... idk what to tell ya. Clearly you don’t want to get rich. Idk. MFM is an insight into REAL business that none of the other big “biz” podcasts will give you.
Between Shaan and Sam, you’re getting insights and lessons that took decades to learn, and they’re giving them away for FREE. Most people don’t give away the good stuff... but these guys do.
It’s like running into Elon Musk or Warren Buffett on the sidewalk and talking to him for three hours a week. Speaking of Warren? Yeah, friend of the pod, Andrew Wilkinson did just that one day, and tells the whole story... if you want to learn how somebody ends up just meeting WB, I recommend you shut up and listen.
Bottom line? If you don’t listen to these guys, you’re leaving money on the table — and if you do that — you better be ready for the MFM listeners to come take it. Because we will.
When I make my first million, I’m buying these two dudes a Rolex, each. Because I owe ‘em.

Love the Pod
Great content. These guys give really good advice to young entrepreneurs with cool stories about interesting people and companies.
