Great and FUN podcast for entrepreneurs
I listen to a lot of podcasts about startups and entrepreneurship in general and I have to say this is now easily my favorite one. Sam and Shaan are a constant stream of ideas and provide HUGE VALUE for free in each episode. I have recommended this podcast to more friends than any other podcast. My favorite part is how they make listening to business ideas really fun. Well done guys!

Do yourself a favor. Get into your car right now, pull onto the nearest freeway, and just drive. Put this podcast on and donât stop driving until youâve listened to every single episode.
When youâve listened to them all, pull your car off the road and walk to the nearest town.

Casual approach to complex topics
Iâve been listening for a little more than 6 months and have really enjoyed how Shaan and Sam approach business and investing. The causal back and forth, diving deeper into each otherâs thought processes about the episodeâs topic allows me to critically think about the subject matter. Other podcasts are informationally based with no real dive into the why, but more the how. Which is why I am really enjoying My First Million. Keep up the great work!

Personally listening as a nonprofit c-suite exec looking to get a glimpse into the interests of donors who could give to organizations on a transformational level. So much value!
I have been listening since day one and always canât wait for the next episode. If someone told me that two dudes were going to just riff on what they thought was cool and interesting I wouldâve said no thanks on face value but Shaan and Sam have a great back and forth and very different styles and attitudes which work well together and make for a cool listen. The main, most important point, is that the value they bring per episode is really amazing and they do it in a very easy to understand and digest way. It is an idea factory, inside look into Silicon Valley, business in general, and a fun listen all rolled into one. Highly recommend!

These are the guys you want to listen to
Forget boring stuffy business podcasts. Shaan and Sam explain complexâand timelyâtopics and make them relatable, attainable and entertaining. For anyone interested in whatâs going on in crypto, NFTs, weird entrepreneurial flexes, side hustle ideas, etc. this is for you. Even if youâre not an entrepreneur, which Iâm in, thereâs a lot to unpack here.
I refused to listen to any podcasts before my boyfriend introduced me to this one in March 2020 and I havenât missed one since.

Iâve been listening to this Pod since day 1 when it was only Shaan interviewing guest. They have pivoted this pod into something I listen to everyday while I work/drive/run. They have so much knowledge and know give non-bias content. Keep on pushing Fellas!

Great archive
If youâre looking to build a business, start about 10 episodes back and go in reverse. Absolute gold. 5 stars. Unfortunately they changed the topic to âMy 100th Millionâ and now spend episodes talking about things like starting your own rolling fund and how if youâre famous and connected you can get in on pyramid schemes before the dumb money gets taken. Less useful for me.

Just listened to the pod about The Hustle getting acquired and Shaan wonât stop talking about himself for more then 10 seconds to let Sam or the guest talk. Iâm happy for him that he loves himself so much but itâs not good for the pod. Iâve been listening for a long time so this isnât a one and done review.
