Congrats. You’re my favorite podcast
I get so irritated if I’m all caught up on episodes because I then have to search for something to listen to while I run. And most other business podcasts are really boring and do not keep me thinking and energized like MFM. Shaan and Sam are entertaining, knowledgeable and have great rapport.

Pinduoduo model example in the USA
Hey Shaan & Sam! Huge fan of the pod here, thanks for creating all these inspiring episodes (best kickstart in the morning) Really resonated with what you were discussing today about pinduoduo; we’re actually building a better, US-version of the group-buy model right now. Reach out if you’re interested: (312) 971-6870

Love this podcast - Learning while enjoying
I have been listening to this podcast while sometimes having to rock my little one to sleep. Though I’m already an entrepreneur with some businesses I am proud of, I am learning something implementable every single episode I listen to. Beginners, intermediates, or seasoned entrepreneurs can learn from this. Truly great stuff!

Thanks for the Investor Connect
I spent quarantine catching up on their Pod. Well worth it. Their advice on many topics is of the highest quality. I put it to work which lead to an expanded network and potential customers/VC funding. Thank you!

Brother in law
Brother in law was sick. Need more.

Keep on Truckin!
I’ve been listening to you guys since the first episode, and it used to be on my way to work in the car. But since the whole rona-work-from-home fun filled change…I find myself missing episodes or hearing pieces of it from time to time. So this morning after I dropped my kids off at school, I just turned down a road I’ve never been on, and drove. I just cruised around for like 30 minutes, to an area I’ve never seen, and just listened to the podcast in full. It was great! Some time to myself, seeing something new, and getting inspired by you guys on the podcast. I think it’s my new morning commute. Great show, love the banter, love the idea inspiration, and love the honesty. Keep on Truckin! Ray

My Personal MBA
This is the only podcast I wait for and download as soon as it comes out. The reason being that it has one of the most insightful, beginner friendly, and chill podcast ever. I was a pioneer listener and was reluctant to continue when I heard the podcast was pivoting but in retrospect, I’m glad it did because, now, this how I get my main dose of weekly business lectures. I would love it if you guys could talk about the market for countries outside of the west and how you would build a thriving business in places like Asia, Africa, Europe.

Great content
These guys are great. Great variety of guest. I’m a big fan! The Lambda school episode was great. So great, I did some research of universities and talked to a consulting company who’s job is to go to universities and help the universities handle their cash because they are so profitable. I learned most of their money comes from grants. I then talked to a friend who is working on her doctorate and received a grant. 60% of that money goes to the university and the rest goes to the cause, and the hardware comes out of the 40% for the research which then gets left to the school when the study is over. To get tenure a lot of universities have requirements for professors to bring in $5 million. (60% of $5 mill=$3 million) I want to see more business that will diminish universities because the college concept is getting less about education and more about profits and it’s bringing down American innovation.

Cool podcast! Sam come back to utah
Awesome podcast! Very thought provoking and now every time me and my friends get together we just talk about this podcast and how we are going to make our first million. We’ve got a couple projects in the works. Funny to hear them talk about the summit group because I live down the hill from powder mountain and us locals talk about summit as some sort of mythical group. Favorite episode is “the Bitcoin believer”.

Didn’t take long before I was hooked on this Podcast
Great Podcast, I started listening this summer and haven’t missed an episode yet. I am constantly recommending it to everyone I talk to. I have since signed up for Trends, the Hustle and Shaan’s Frameworks and Tactics. I myself am a young entrepreneur who hasn’t truly made it yet, enjoy the podcast the most when they talk about ideas that are good starting places for wantrepreneurs. (Wanna be entrepreneurs who have not had a true success from a hustle) Similar to the early episodes when it was all about how someone made their first million. I find peoples first hustles that became a worthwhile success to be the most interesting and the most insightful. ie Sam’s hot dog stands I would like to hear a brainstorm of ideas how they would make 10k in 3 months without using the reach of their current hustles.

Don’t change a thing
Literally my favorite podcast ever. Talk more about your “information diet.” What do you read/listen to on a daily basis?

These two hosts are an amazing example
Of how someone can be totally interested in a riffing on an idea or getting intel from a guest that benefits them and the listeners at the same time. There have been a couple of episodes that have come out late or didn’t have A+ quality sound but they didn’t charge for those episodes.

3pmNRG
BadA$$ Brainstorming, absolute value. The best #1 mediocre podcast LOL AF

Do Not Listen While Driving
I had to stop playing this podcast in the car because it was getting dangerous to write down notes and change lanes. If you are looking for one podcast to understand trends, learn about interesting companies, or generate ideas - this is your one stop shop. Great banter, better content - very glad I found this podcast.

These two hosts are an amazing example
of how someone can be totally mediocre, below average in everything and still achieve unreasonable success if they are free of self- doubt and shameless enough.

It's Free Brain Breakfast!
My First Million is brain breakfast. It's a neatly packaged competitive advantage for entrepreneurs, and it costs NOTHING. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it, and I pity those who aren't listeners. Welcome to the future of business podcasts. The only thing they are missing is an interview with Brad Thomas of Evercast.

Extremely Interesting
Subscribed to the Hustle this summer but just started listening to the pod. So many ideas out there and the open conversation is invigorating!

So much value!
I have been listening since day one and always can’t wait for the next episode. If someone told me that two dudes were going to just riff on what they thought was cool and interesting I would’ve said no thanks on face value but Shaan and Sam have a great back and forth and very different styles and attitudes which work well together and make for a cool listen. The main, most important point, is that the value they bring per episode is really amazing and they do it in a very easy to understand and digest way. It is an idea factory, inside look into Silicon Valley, and a fun listen all rolled into one. Highly recommend!

Amazing Podcast!
I listened to this podcast’s first episode while I was traveling and then did not pick it back up until a month ago. I am on a binging spree and cannot stop listening. This is by far the best podcast I have ever heard as it motivates me daily to think outside the box and there are lessons and advice to encourage you any step of the way during your entrepreneurial journey. A MUST LISTEN!

Idea Junky’s Fantasy
First off, Apple should make it much easier to leave a review. This podcast leaves me fired up every time I listen. Shaan and Sam’s style is exceptional! I love the guest episodes, I love the duo episodes, I love ALL the episodes! Only critique I have: do a GD real estate episode! You guys have been talking about it for too long so f’n do it. It’s literally the oldest problem, except for maybe death, that’s the ultimate problem. Real Estate has been around since we(humans) started the agricultural age, it’s ripe for a revamp! Thanks for all that you do. And Shaan, the approach to mindset frameworks you got from your trainer needs a course in and of itself! Love it!

🔥
I didn’t realize the hustle newsletter had a podcast. So many gems during the podcasts. I just powered through 20 in a now. If you like how I built this or anything from Tim Ferris, you will like this.

Seeing this podcast in my morning feed makes me happy
My First Million is one of those podcasts that you download and devour as soon as a new episode arrives in your podcatcher. If you’re entrepreneurial or working in tech you’ll love the unique perspectives Shaan and Sam have on the constantly evolving business landscape. They uncover hidden business gems, powerful market and product insights, and always have funny and entertaining stuff to talk about. The hosts’ energy and vibe are amazing and they always bring so much value in their brainstorms. Every episode feels like going to the gym to work out my creativity and ideation muscles. I always take away a cool idea or pro business tip from every episode. I’ve gotten a lot of value from this podcast and I’m surprised that it’s still free...definitely check this one out!

Great content - great hosts - highly recommend!

Invaluable lesson
This podcast is money. Listening to all of the spitballing about business ideas really gets the creative juices going. The amount of actionable ideas and advice shared each episode is seriously SO valuable. Listening to this can make a real and lasting, positive impact on your entrepreneurial journey (whether you’ve started it or not).

My new Favorite podcast!
These guys are whip smart, super interesting, generous in their recommendations and all things pro-entrepreneur. I am hooked and cannot wait for each episode.

Learning greatness
I waited to leave a review before commenting to see if Shawn and Sam could continue to deliver. They do, every show is a brief education in business and generating ideas. Sam and Shan balance out the show because of their personality contrast. Sam is hyper and driven, almost insane yet he executes so we’ll and his research skills are off the charts, like a brilliant maniac. Shan is analytical and can point out similarities between ideas and other businesses,. They play well together, so much so I subscribed to Trends.co and love being part of that mastermind community. Thanks guys for sharing the “ behind the curtains “ view. Keep rolling!

Need your thoughts on a subject
Hey guys, you two rock, I mean it. Here’s my question: I'm launching a job board specifically for remote jobs. How can I compete with giant players like indeed and others? I chose the niche “remote” for that reason, and the high demand due to covid situation. But what can I do to really increase the value given to users? Please answer my question, I need your amazing smart brains on this.

Get ready to take notes!
This is my favorite podcast ever! Can’t stop listening to it. Shaun and Sam cover so many topics in every episode and give me tons of business ideas to research and learn from! And Sam is from St. Louis (like me:) so that’s cool too!

Question for the show
Great podcast, I listen to the show all the time but I mow lawns during the summer and this helps me get through these long, hot, Missouri summer days. Soy bean farmers are having a very difficult time with creating profit, and the trade war has not helped. Is there a way to start introducing hemp farming for those who aren’t as successful as they used to be with soy beans, and other crops? Seems like a lot of cool and interesting products that can be made from hemp and a place like Missouri that used to be the second largest producer of hemp in the country

Great show
This is a very unique pod that is entertaining and thought provoking. Its addicting because it seems to make you smarter and more creative in a way that most podcasts cannot.
